Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to us that includes the following information:
- Identification of the material that was allegedly removed or disabled access to due to an error;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was unpublished or removed to because of an error on our part;
- Your name and contact details, including your phone number and e-mail address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, the Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the notice of claimed infringement.
